Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had some visible damage that should be fixed and was a little dated since 6 o'clock in the morning. The service, however, was fabulous and made our stay very pleasant. The location is awesome, close to the cathedral and Petite France. The dining experience was not so good with limited options.
Overall, it offers a luxurious experience with some drawbacks that need attention.
The hotel's rooms are old, with stained carpets and old-looking baths, making the stay not so pleasant. Unfortunately, the noise from the heating system kept us awake all night long. However, the service was attentive to our needs and very professional, offering a nice and welcoming experience. The location was outstanding in the historical city center but slightly noisy due to its central position. The dining experience provided a good variety of food but was considered too expensive for the limited selection.
